1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yobro!, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Yobro!. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Service Description
Yobro! uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized future vision boards and coaching content based on the photos, goals, and preferences you provide. Results are creative interpretations and are not guaranteed to reflect real future outcomes.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. By uploading content, you grant Yobro! a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating and delivering your requested output. You must not upload content that violates any law or infringes the rights of others.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Basic and Premium purchases are one-time entitlements for a single vision board. Pro and Pro Plus are yearly subscriptions. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Subscription renewals are handled at the end of the billing period through the same checkout flow.
6. Intellectual Property
You receive a personal license to download and use the vision boards you create for non-commercial purposes. Yobro! retains all rights to the platform, brand, and underlying technology. Commercial resale or redistribution of generated content is not permitted without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yobro! is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
